Our range of selective soldering machines has been designed to provide a high level of flexibility and modularity to be able to adapt to the ever changing needs of the global market. They combine the latest advanced technology to provide efficient operation and improved production methods.
Pillarhouse produces a comprehensive range of selective solder equipment from the hand load Jade Mk II or Jade Handex to inline modular Synchrodex and MRP platforms which incorporate either single or dual solder pot capability’s incorporating our own proven pumped solder systems.
The solder applicators / nozzles are “quick change” making removal swift and easy and product change-over straight forward and simple.
Many different designs of nozzles and technologies have been produced from the AP1, Jetwave or multi dip nozzles. These cover a wide range of applications, but be assured, whatever the application Pillarhouse engineers will design and produce an applicator to suit your particular requirements.
The AP1 nozzle can be used to process a wide range of applications, Single or Multiple Joints, Connectors, IC’s and PGA’s on either Single or Multi-Layered boards can all be processed with this one nozzle.
Combining the latest “Anti-Bridging” soldering technology our products can offer major advantages over more conventional machines. This method, termed “Migration”, requires very small keep-out areas, so, what were very difficult soldering operations, now become very simple, producing reliable quality joints in a fraction of the time, every time.
The Windows based programming system is simplicity itself and combined with a customer specific joint library ensures quick and easy programming and product changes. The user friendly software utilizes ‘point and click’ method of programming using a bomb site camera; a programming virtual path is generated on the screen for viewing or editing in real time.
Off-Line programming, Bar Code reading, and additional tooling stations adds yet more options to “Selective Soldering Automation”.
